The road is closed and I'm stuck. What now?
Tell the help desk where you are. We'll find the nearest stay with free rooms and move your bookings to another day at no cost.
My activity was cancelled for weather.
Weather cancellations are refunded in full or moved to another day, your choice. Partners can't charge for them.
Someone has a headache and nausea at altitude.
These can be signs of altitude sickness. Descend, rest, drink water and call 108 if it gets worse. Don't go higher until symptoms clear.
The partner asked for more money than the booking.
Don't pay extra. Report it here; overcharging gets partners suspended.
